How do I find the right Juicebar for my Phone?
When you enter the ‘Buy Now’ section, select your mobile phone brand. You will then be presented with images of the connectors suitable for that mobile brand. Here you can enlarge the image to make sure your selection is correct. When you have decided which connector is suitable for your mobile, select the quantity you wish to buy and check out.

How will Juicebar be shipped?
All Juicebar orders will be sent by 1st Class Royal mail post and should arrive within 1 - 2 days.
Can you ship Juicebar overseas?
Yes, we will ship Juicebar anywhere in the world. We charge an extra £1.50 to cover the increase in postage cost. All orders will be sent by airmail and should arrive within 3-4 days.
Is Juicebar environmentally friendly?
The Juicebar battery utilises a Zinc and Manganese Dioxide chemistry with a water based electrolyte to produce electrical power. There is no added Mercury, Cadmium, Lead, Hexavalent Chrome or Organic Solvents. As with other consumer batteries such as alkaline batteries, Juicebars can be disposed of in a normal rubbish bin.
How long will Juicebar work for?
Juicebar can charge your phone giving up to 480 minutes standby and 1 hour of talk time. However this depends on several factors. Phones that use more power such as smart phones will have a shorter life. Also phones with older batteries that have been re-charged many times will not last as long. If your phone is old and been re-charged several times, Juicebar will be most effective if it is just used when you need to call.
Using features on your phone that use extra battery power such as cameras and web-browsing will reduce the Juicebar battery time at a faster rate.
How long will Juicebar last?
Juicebar’s battery is a unique design and will retain its charge for at least 5 years. All Juicebars come with a 5 year replacement guarantee. For more information, please see 5 year guarantee.
How does it work?
Juicebar can charge a completely flat mobile battery or ‘top-up’ a low battery. Connect Juicebar to your phone, (switch on if it is a mini USB connector). Your mobile will take a few seconds to recognise Juicebar is connected and then begin charging. You can begin using your phone immediately.
Juicebar can be disconnected after you have made your emergency call and reused again when required, until you have used up all the Juice!
What do I do if my Juicebar does not work?
You may have used Juicebar already.
If you are charging a completely flat battery, it can take a few minutes for Juicebar to ‘revive’ your phone before you can switch your phone on. After this time you can use your phone as normal with Juicebar connected. Juicebar will also charge your phone.
Juicebar is 100% quality tested before it leaves the factory. If you believe that your Juicebar is faulty, please contact us to request details about how to return it for replacement under the terms of the 5 year guarantee.
Do I leave my battery in the phone while using Juicebar?
